If you have recently graduated from a British Columbia post-secondary institution with a master’s or doctoral degree in the natural, applied or health sciences, you may be eligible for the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).If you are applying in this category, you do not need a job offer from an employer.

Eligible graduate degrees

You must have graduated in the last three years with a master’s or doctorate degree in one of the eligible programs in the following natural, applied or health sciences disciplines:

• agriculture, agriculture operations and related sciences
• biological and biomedical sciences
• computer and information sciences and support services
• engineering
• engineering technology and engineering-related fields
• health professions and related programs
• mathematics and statistics
• natural resources conservation
• physical sciences

Eligibility

To qualify for this category, you must have completed a valid graduate program of study at an eligible post-secondary institution in B.C. in the last three years, have, or be eligible for, legal immigration status in Canada and demonstrate that you have the ability and intent to live, work and economically establish in B.C.
